By accessing or using the Beliv.io platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

  1. User Content
  • The Beliv.io platform allows users to post reviews, comments, and other content (collectively, “User Content”).
  • You are solely responsible for your own User Content and the consequences of posting it.
  • By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have the right to do so, and (b) your User Content does not violate any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity.
  • You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Content, but you grant Beliv.io a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Content in any media.
  • You agree that Beliv.io has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content for any reason.
  1. Prohibited Uses
  • You may not use the Beliv.io platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the platform and your User Content, including but not limited to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the EU e-Commerce Directive (Directive 2000/31/EC).
  • You may not use the platform to send spam or other unsolicited communications.
  • You may not use the platform to transmit any virus or other harmful component.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • The Beliv.io platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Beliv.io and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws (e.g., 17 U.S.C. ยง 101 et seq. and EU Directive 2001/29/EC).
  • You may not use any content from the platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Beliv.io.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties
  • The Beliv.io platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • Beliv.io makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the platform.
  • Beliv.io does not warrant that the platform or any content will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Beliv.io will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
  • Beliv.io will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from the theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to your User Content.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms of Use and your use of the Beliv.io platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [Country], European Union, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
